High School Program Payment and Refund Policy
  • Application fee must be submitted along with the application package and is non-refundable.
  • The official Letter of Acceptance will only be issued when the full payment of application fee and/or custodianship letter fee have been received by the College.
  • The one-year tuition fee has to be paid before filing his/her student visa application.
  • The tuition fee entitles students to take a maximum of 8 courses during the school year. It is non-refundable in the case of students ' voluntary withdrawal or taking fewer courses than eight. A per course fee is applicable for students taking additional courses in the consecutive school year.
  • Tuition fee is refundable only in the case of visa rejection by CIC.
  • 6. In the case of refund request due to visa rejection, the following documents must be submitted to the College:
    • A completed refund request form signed and dated by the applicant. If the refund is to be made by Telegraphic Transfer, a surcharge of $25 will be deducted from the total refundable.
    • Original visa rejection letter issued by the CIC.
    • Original Letter of Acceptance and Receipts issued by the College.
  • Accommodation fee and damage deposit must be paid in full prior to the student' s arrival date.
  • Damage deposit is refundable 4 weeks after the student graduates or finishes the academic program from the college. The full amount will be refund to the student if there is no damage to the accommodation and school facilities has been caused by the student. Costs of replacing or fixing the damages caused by the student will be deducted from the damage deposit and the student is liable of paying the cost exceeding the damage deposit.
  • Medical insurance fee includes a basic coverage medical plan for a year within the North American continent through an insurance company. The College will help students to purchase the medical plan once they arrival at school. All international students must purchase a medical insurance plan.
  • None of the fees are transferable.

  • 6 months special designed UEP (University English Preparation) and UAP (University Academic Preparation) courses for students without TOEFL /IELS scores or without academic background
  • After 6 months of study, students will be allowed to repeat the courses, if needed, at no extra cost.
  • If student passes all the required courses, TOEFL or IELTS will be waved as a requirement to study their university program.
